The frequency of lawn maintenance depends on your lawn's specific needs. Generally, we recommend scheduling maintenance every 1-2 weeks during the growing season.

Spring (after last frost) and Fall (before first frost) are the best times to get things ready for the season. Aeration and Dethatching, top dressing, over seeding, etc.

Our prices are the lowest in the industry because we are selective with bringing on clients that are close by and limit our travel time, keeping our overhead low. We also own our equipment and simply charge for our time on site.

Yes, we are trained to winterize irrigation systems and closed them for the winter.

We rent a large trailer air compressor and connect directly to the irrigation system. We shut down the water supply and open up all the valves/zones before introducing compressed air into the system to displace the water in the pipes and valves. This will prevent your inground pipes from freezing solid with water. Frozen and the resulting expanding pipes are costly repairs.

We also have the equipment to get into the rear yards on those enclosed systems that are not connected to the front street access. 

We charged $85 for this service.
